Sunday Soup is back from a week off!
If you guys can’t remember I got a really cool Stone Soup
Recipe in the Blossom Box Kids Subscription Box
Pictured here is the cool old timey looking recipe
I will be honest… my stone soup was less a stone
I just couldn’t guys.
But anyway if you are interested here is the awesome recipe

- 4 cups veggie stock
- 1 med yellow onion
- 4 carrots sliced
- 2 zucchini sliced
- 1 can diced tomatoes (optional) I totally added these
- 5-6 small red potatoes… I used one large russet
- 2 cloves of garlic diced
- 1 handful of fresh parsley
- 3-4 sprigs of thyme
- 1 tbsp sea salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 large, clean stone
Place stone in pot (if you are using stone)
Obviously this is a recipe meant to include your children
Toss all veggies and herbs in as well.
Pour in the veggie stock and add salt and pepper.
Bring to boil and then reduce heat to simmer and cook for one hour!
