The Gang Is All Here

These were all the different Raw Rev Glo bars that I received.
There were a total of six bars. 2 bars of each flavor.

-Dark Chocolate Cashew Mint
-Creamy Peanut Butter & Sea Salt
-Crunchy Peanut Butter & Sea Salt

Before I get into details about the individual bars I want to take a second to talk about Raw Rev.

Who and what is Raw Rev?

Raw Rev spawned when the owner Alice Bernadetto ( a registered nurse and natural food chef) was hanging out trying to find something healthy for her kids to snack on. These all organic bars contain tons of superfoods! Flax and chia seeds, hemp, pea, and brown rice protein, virgin coconut oil and italian dark chocolate are some of the amazing and nutritious ingredients Raw Rev uses to make these delicious healthy treats.

Vegan
Kosher
Dairy Free
Gluten Free
Non GMO

You can count on all of the above from Raw Rev. A more sustainable, healthy option for you and your family.

So, let’s eat them!

Raw Rev Glo
Dark Chocolate Cashew Mint
These were definitely my favorite! They have a really unique flavor. The mint is not the doctored “sweet” variety that we are used to. It’s the kind of mint that we find in teas. A natural, cool flavor paired with the Cashew and Dark Chocolate makes for an intense and decadent experience.
They are really filling. I could eat only a half at a time. So a little goes a long way.
A single Raw Rev Bar costs about $1.89
Obviously it’s what’s inside that counts the most. The Raw Rev Bars obviously contain raw superfoods.

12 grams of Protein
12 grams of Fiber
5 grams Sugar

Raw Rev Glo
Crunchy Peanut Butter & Sea Salt
These had a much more “traditional” flavor in my opinion. The sea salt was there but was definitely a side note to the peanut butter. I did prefer this crunchy Raw Rev Bar to the creamy. But to be fair, I prefer crunchy peanut butter in general!
The Crunchy Peanut Butter & Sea Salt Raw Rev Bar contains raw superfoods and also:

11 grams of Protein
13 grams of Fiber
2 grams of Sugar

This is definitely the type of bar you can keep in your purse to give you an extra boost of energy when you’ve missed a meal. I know as a Mom I encounter a lot of obstacles that make me rush or even miss a meal, bars like this (while they don’t replace) help to tide us over until we do get our tummies full!
Raw Rev Glo
Creamy Peanut Butter & Sea Salt
While the creamy peanut butter bars weren’t my favorite of the three that I tried these bars have the highest amounts of protein and fiber. I really enjoy texture, and think the chia seeds in Raw Rev Bars give it a really interesting and more complex texture. So, if you prefer a simpler texture I would stay with the creamy peanut butter bar.
As you can see the seeds in the Raw Rev Bars add a unique and more complex texture than other protein bars that we have tried.

So, other than raw superfoods this Raw Rev Glo Bar contains:

15 grams of Protein (WOW)14 grams of Fiber2 grams of Sugar

So, all in all?

We really do hope that eating well and being mindful of what we put in our bodies is something that our readers can relate to. I joke a lot about snacks and believe me I do love to eat, but we also have to remember our bodies are our instruments, our vehicles to navigate life. Part of owning a tool or vehicle is maintenance. Without upkeep and maintenance we may not run right! We like that options like Raw Rev are out there, we can trust that what we are eating is not only pure, but also simple and wholesome. Safe enough we would give it to our children but filling enough that we can satisfy ourselves as well!

We Love Raw Rev! Go Check them Out!
