Dermabrasion in a nutshell:

The directions were pretty simple:
Dampen skin with water

I totally stole that joke from dr. brandt.

Now my thoughts
The immediate thoughts about dr. brandt PoreDermabrasion are that it’s gritty and it has a minty smell. It’s kind of a little bit like toothpaste. I received a 2 ounce tube and I can tell you firsthand that a little bit goes a long way.
Here I am before I used dr.brandt’s PoreDermabrasion
I will be honest and say that I am a little nervous considering this is a professional grade product and I am a little prone to red skin.
Here I am after using the product. I think the grittiness is the reason the dr. brandt PoreDermabrasion is able to get into your pores and really do it’s magic. I have definitely noticed a shrinking in my pores and definitely a more matte appearance to my skin. I do not however have any redness as I feared. I would immediately follow up with a moisturizer to keep you skin supple as this cleanses your skin so well. I only used this initially on the bottom of my face and didn’t do my forehead, because I kind of wanted to avoid getting it in my eyes while I was testing it out. This product is a little pricey at $58 but I think if you are looking for a long term skin care routine product this is definitely a great option and a great way to go!
