Super late to the party but hey, what’s wrong with being fashionably late!
Ipsy is a monthly makeup subscription that sends you a personalized assortment of beauty and makeup items in a cute little glam bag. At $10 a month it’s always a steal!

Here’s the Box Breakdown
We actually thought the back of the back was cuter than the front in this patent leather hot pink!
Everything that we received in our February “Pretty in Ipsy Pink” Glam Bag!
So what is all this stuff?
I had to convert this from pounds since it’s a piece from the UK. Definitely a luxury piece and things like this just won’t work for me… if anyone out there is interested let me know and we can swap or something. Very pretty!
Okay, this is very expensive and while it’s nice I can’t say I’d ever pay full price. I do like all of the items available on their online shop though and spent quite a while browsing!
It smells nice and has a fruit / floral scent but it’s not the consistency that I prefer. A little more thin, great if you have dry skin on your hands and elbows.
Probably our favorite item in this bag. The color however, is gold. We like gold, we really do but it feels like Ipsy hoarded gold for a season where gold would be big and it never came. Now we are being handed down golden everything!
The color looks great on I do have a qualm with the container. It’s hard to get it to screw back on … and it’s a loose mica pigment so….
This is perfect for us. We have very dry skin and this is a perfect alternative to regular lotion primers!
We’ve used this several times since we received our February Glam Bag and we have to say that we are impressed!
This color in “I’m Kind of a Big Deal” is our second addition to our Trust Fund Beauty products. Totally fine with us! Trust fund has their own subscription now – eeek! We received a lovely lavender color from them in another Ipsy called “Elegantly Wasted” previously
The color is a really pretty muted pink! Love it – also important to note that they’re products are cruelty free!
So in summary
So this definitely wasn’t our favorite Ipsy ever but it was good and the value was also there.
For the $10 this costs we received $74.50 which is pretty dang amazing.
Even if Ipsy isn’t exactly what we’d choose it’s ALWAYS worth the value!
