Here’s the Box Breakdown
Everything that we received in our May Ipsy Glam Bag “Destination” themed bag.
We’ll be honest… not terrible but this definitely wasn’t moving our soul

So what is all this stuff?

Our box insert
And the flip side which was a fun little fill in
Epice Hydrating Mask
We don’t know too much about this mask other than that we’ll definitely be giving it a try as we love skincare products.
Vera Mona Crease Brush
If you aren’t familiar with Vera Mona they created that color switch thing that allowed you to switch between makeup colors with the same brush using this special pad. This brush is pretty, we love the purple!
Smashbox X-Rated Mascara
This was part of the sneak peaks. Another possibility for May was a Glam Glow sample which we would have much rather received
We have a couple samples of the X-Rated Mascaras and really don’t need anymore black mascaras….
Bellapierre Lip Crayon
Our favorite item was this gel lip crayon. The color was pretty and we really liked it’s stay put attitude. We really like the Bellapierre line and think they have great products
That swatch DID. NOT. MOVE.
Pacifica Coconut Eye Shadow Trio
Sigh… this was not our favorite item we’ve ever received from Pacifica. The packaging, for starters felt kind of cheap. It was almost as if it was play makeup…
The colors themselves were pretty however, not particularly pigmented.
Just kind of an eh for us

So in summary

While this wasn’t a bad Ipsy, it certainly wasn’t our favorite. Having said that we did receive $37 + (we could only find three prices) in products which is pretty amazing considering this was $10. So, did we get our money’s worth? Absolutely we just feel with all the customization we could have gotten a better selection.
