Here’s the Box Breakdown
Our first glimpse inside the May Glossybox US
Everything that we received in the May Glossybox. While Glossy doesn’t have monthly themes like Ipsy or curated boxes like Birchbox the boxes are always aesthetically pleasing!

So what is all this stuff?

Glossybox always includes a detailed box insert
Rituals Cosmetics Shower Foam
This is a fusion of rice milk and cherry blossom. The cherry blossom is a Japanese symbol of Purity and we love that Rituals brings the symbolism of the botanicals into the products.
This is a gel to foam and has really nice dispenser. We love the scent, it’s vibrant and full of life!
Nioxin System 3 Cleanser And Scalp Therapy Conditioner
These medicinal thickening shampoo and conditioner removes residue that clogs hair follicles and makes hair appear thicker. We’re not sure that we’re going to use this and will probably pass it on to our Mom who has Lupus and has had considerable hair loss.
There was also a $5 off coupon to buy the Nioxin Density Rescue at Ulta!
Veraspa Face Moisturizer Gradual Tanner
This sounds like fun but also at the same time makes us a bit nervous. After dabbing a bit on our hand however, we found that it didn’t put a ton of color and it had no yucky fragrance like other self tanners.
We haven’t actually put this on our face yet though….
Talika Photo-Hydra Day
This was a full size product and we love the concept. This day cream implements an amino acid that mimics the effect of daylight on your skin… now you can have a dewy glow all the time!
Benefit Cosmetics Roller Lash Mascara
This cult classic in some of the prettiest packaging ever is renowned for it’s unique and precise wand
We just think it’s so pretty! Right?!
And here you can clearly see the way the bristles almost wrap around the wand.

So in summary

We really like Glossybox and from what we hear it’s one of those boxes where everyone feels strongly either positively or negatively. We were very happy with this box and with the exception of the Nioxin would have purchased all of these items ourselves.
As for box economy Glossybox costs $21 and for that we received about $51 in items which is OVER DOUBLE what we paid! Definitely a deal!
