This month Atlas Coffee Club is taking us to the Congo.
One of the best things about Atlas Coffee Club is that they pay very close attention to the quality of the coffee they choose so we’re really excited to try this out!

Tell Us More!

all about congo coffee
Our insert explained about coffee grown in the Democratic Republic of Congo. In particular this region’s commitment to fair trade and also female empowerment programs.
The reverse tells us more about the coffee. Recommendations for brewing along with tasting notes are just a few of the pieces of information included
We received whole bean coffee which we prefer, mostly for the flavor. This coffee is best when used in coordination with a French Press (so do a coarse grind)
This medium roast coffee has tropical fruit and chocolate tasting notes. After we grind it smells exquisite!
And our final results… this coffee is excellent! It’s a perfectly smooth but flavorful coffee with tons of complexity! A great cup first thing in the morning.

So in summary

Once again we are awed with the quality of the Atlas Coffee Club Subscription. This coffee is amazing and delicious. We love the promise of trying a new coffee each month (or couple weeks) from different regions that as of this moment are a mystery! Each package holds the promise of a new and exciting flavor and possibly a new favorite and all for just $14
