Here’s the Box Breakdown

Our first look inside the Boxwalla Beauty Box for August

What we received in our second installment from the Wandering Woman themed Boxwalla Boxes!
The Wandering Woman brings us items inspired by different places but made right here in America
So what is all this stuff?

Our box insert that explains each item we received and the inspiration for it’s origin!

$55
This face serum contains the highest grade Acai Oil available from the cold pressed berries of the Amazon Rainforest in Brazil the Wandering Woman’s place of inspiration for this item.

The acai contains powerful antioxidants that are great for anti-aging. There’s also the inclusion of Rose Oil from Bulgaria which works wonders for wrinkles, firmness, tone and texture of skin

The consistency is much like other serums. A light oil that has little to no smell. Our skin felt amazing after we put this on from the added hydration it provides. We look forward to seeing the results after using this for a few weeks!

$42 (full size)
We received a deluxe sample of this eye contour serum in addition to our Acai Serum. The Baobab Oil in this is from Senegal and works great for sensitive skin around your eyes.

The Sarsaprilla, Palmarosa, Neroli and Lavender also increase elasticity and reduce wrinkles while simultaneously reducing dark circles and puffiness

$15
Jukyeom derived from Korean roasted bamboo sea salt is included in this mineral rich clay along with Sea Kelp Extract.

Apply after cleansing and keep on for about 15 minutes. Clay masks are amazing at removing dirt and impurities hiding deep in your pores.

This mask is much different from any other clay mask we’ve ever used because it’s very lightweight. It goes on a lot thinner and doesn’t feel as oppressive as some others we used. We have it on in this picture and you can’t even tell! Afterwards our skin felt smooth and soft. Really like this stuff!

$68
MOSS stands for Modern, Organic, Sacred, Skincare and we suddenly need to try EVERYTHING that they’ve EVER made. This stuff may be a new holy grail item for us! The Wandering Woman travelled to West Africa to find Cogon Grass Extract great for hydration as well as ceramides and beet extract.

What we find most exciting is this product’s anti-inflammatory properties (because we are prone to redness). Use this product after toner but before oil for a gorgeous face!
We decided to do the whole routine at once and report our skin results to you guys!

We think you can use this box as is and have a full skin routine (just add cleanser and toner)
Super impressed with the softness of our skin after having used these products and will continue using over the next few weeks to see results!
So in summary
We look for three things in a subscription box; quality, curation, and presentation. The Boxwalla Green Beauty Box is always a fun box full of amazing brands that we’ve never heard of before. We trust them to introduce us to products that are wholesome for not only us but also the world that we live in! The presentation is awesome! Everything arrives exactly as it should and the entirety of the package is biodegradable / compostable. The quality is out of this world. We are always intrigued with each of the brands featured – their products are always made with amazingly high quality ingredients and the companies have high standards. We like that. The curation? Amazing! The Wandering Woman has once again brought us an outstanding assortment of ingredients that are inspired and sourced around the world!
As far as box economy The Boxwalla Box costs $49.95 bi-monthly and for that we receive $138+ in products which is about TRIPLE the cost of the box! An awesome deal in our opinion!
