what's in the children's bookcase club box
Everything that we received in our Children’s Bookcase Club Box for November. Because they are rolling out the new and improved Children’s Box this will be the last month that there will be 4 books in a box.

So what is all this stuff?

Our box insert
Inside there is a note from the curators and a turkey maze!

soap soap soap
This is the silly tale of Hugo who goes on a :short: trip to the store for his mama to buy soap. One misadventure after another and FINALLY Hugo gets the soap … only to find out his mama is going to use it on him!
We received the bilingual edition which is awesome!
ican do it myself
Our favorite of the four titles that we received. This book helps to encourage children through all the tricky busywork of childhood!
From alphabet, to counting, to tying yours shoes this book has it all and the illustrations are amazing!
badger's fancy meal
Poor badger is ever so tired of his diet of worms and roots he decides to branch out. Unfortunately, he has trouble catching anything! Follow him as he is tormented by animals he was unable to catch and overheard by a horse saying, “he’s so hungry he could eat a horse!” Which as you can imagine does not go well!
A great tale about being yourself but fun and silly all at once. Great for capturing children’s attentions.
feet go to sleep
This book is a great before bed story! Fiona is not at all sleepy and so her Mom helps her with their evening ritual… each part of her body gets sent off to sleep and as Fiona’s Mom calls on each part of the body for sleep Fiona recalls different memories and slowly but surely dozes off!
The colors and illustrations in this book are the best in the bunch!

So in summary

We look for three things in a subscription box; quality, curation, and presentation. The Bookcase Club Children’s Box is the perfect gift for a child – a monthly box of age appropriate (and gender appropriate) books that help instill the love of reading! The quality is great – all of the books are in brand new condition. The presentation is nice, we love the box and everything arrives exactly as it should. The curation is also wonderful. Kids are so happy to get mail and each of the books included in the box are colorful and eye catching – perfect to get kids interested!
