Here’s the Box Breakdown
Everything that we received in our Ipsy Glam Bag for November. The “theme” was “Rockstarlet” and the bag is super cute and in a sort of foamy material.
So what is all this stuff?
Sigh…. another brow pencil. We’re sure this is nice but… it seems like we’re always getting brow products and we just don’t use them enough to warrant even opening them! However, we’re sure someone out there loved receiving this
So, this is definitely the bag winner and we certainly are happy to receive this. But we are definitely waiting to open this until we’ve used up a couple of our other mascaras
Another great item that we will definitely use. Maracuja is just a fancy way of saying passion fruit but contrary to all your thoughts about the fruit this does not have a scent at all!
What we love the most is the gorgeous package. Very tarte-esque faux wood with a button to dispense the oil with drops! How clever! Use this in your hair or on your skin.. even your nails are fair game!
The name is cheesy and at first we were like… eh. But then after swatching we were all like…
HOLY SMOKES! This color is gorgeous – formula is just eh for us but the color makes up for it!
That price is INSANE. This is $225 per 100ml and this is $15 so this price is indeed accurate (and actually rounded DOWN). This anti aging cream reduces the signs of aging and improves firmness and hydration in 15 days. We don’t think there’s quite 15 days in this sample though… so the jury is just going to have to be out on that… forever. Have you ever been intimidated by a skincream? Because we just have been!
So in summary
We love Ipsy and while this wasn’t an incredible month for us it was by no means bad! We will use the oil and the mascara and that marine cream! Dang that is one of the highest priced beauty product that we’ve ever received and for our $10 investment into this bag we received $75.50 in items… wow!
