Here’s the Box Breakdown
Our first glimpse inside the Supermom Totbox.
Everything that we received in our Supermom Totbox. This month’s box has a St. Patrick’s Day theme. Each craft is individually wrapped which we think is a really nice touch!
So what is all this stuff?
Our box insert – this details each of the crafts that we received!
TSHIRT Transfers Craft
We love the way the crafts were individually wrapped. So cute!
In this envelope we received 3 iron on transfers as well as instuctions.
3D Fabric Paint
This green fabric paint helps us to complete our iron on transfer craft!
Leprachaun Trap Craft
The second envelope contained everything that we need to decorate our leprachaun trap
Always comes in handy on a crafternoons!
Leprachaun Snack Bowl
This container serves as a holder for the Skittles we’ll be using to trap the leprachaun!
Lucky Charm Memory Page
This cute page has cutouts to put pictures of your little charms! Love the bright colors of this – and how simple it becomes to create quality pages for memory books and photo albums without all the work!
Leprachaun Hat Craft
We received everything we need to create a leprachaun hat in this envelope. There’s several cutouts and strips of paper along with instructions
Okay, so now what?
Now we craft!
We started with the hat craft. Basically all we had to do was supervise – the kids pretty much decorated this hat without any instruction.
Applying the band
And the buckle
Then for the headband we glue three long strips of paper together and allow to dry.
Put this off to the side to dry while you finish
Our finished decorated hat!
Mr. Oliver in his finished hat.
Next we did the Leprachaun trap. This was a hoot!
We decorate our box (love that we repurpose!) with drawings and bits of paper to attract the leprachaun (we also use the packets of Skittles included as well)
Our Leprachaun trap! Notice our Skittles aren’t in the bowl yet. We have to wait until the little Leprachaun of our own is in bed or he’ll eat them all himself! SNEAKY!
So in summary
We look for three things in a subscription box; quality, curation and presentation. The Supermom Totbox is such a cute way to engage and spend one on one time with your child each month without the hassle of figuring out what you are going to do! The presentation is great – love the packaging and everything arrives exactly as it should. The quality is awesome – each craft is really nice, it’s the kind of thing your child would do at school! And curation – they’ve done all the legwork so you don’t have to. Not only do we get crafts for the kiddos but we also get awesome crafts for ourselves. Love this box and can’t wait to see what they come up with next!
