Our first glimpse inside the Freedom Japanese Market Box
Everything that we received in our Freedom Japanese Market Box – another amazing looking mix!
So what is all this stuff?
Our box insert. This lists all the items included in each different box as well as a little info about our origami of the month!
Listed at the bottom are the Family Pack Exclusives!
Our origami of the month is a little bunny!
This marshmallow stick was included in both the Original and Family packs for November. We saved this for the kids because we knew how much they would enjoy it!
Merry Christmas Umaibo
This chocolate covered umaibo was super tasty and was included in each of the boxes for November! This was a cute sort of “mini” umaibo size
These little packets of milk chocolate are in the cutest little Christmas packages ever! We received two – these were included in both the Original and the Family Boxes.
A closer look at the wrapper! Happy Santa!
This was an original pack bonus – tiny little chocolate balls in all sorts of colors. The package is cute too – it looks a bit like a tic-tac container!
This was one of our favorite snacks included this month and it was included in all three boxes.
These crunchy mini rice crackers had a Japanese curry flavor that was excellent! They were light and crisp and super tasty!
This sweet cotton candy comes in a fun package! This is another one we decided to save for the kids.
This came in the Original and Family packs for November
Got a sweet tooth? This crunchy cookie snack is perfect for you! These strawberry flavored treats have a creamy taste (think strawberry yogurt) but also sort of remind us of cereal?!
The best part is that they came in every November Box!
Another snack that was included in all three November boxes was this corn pottage flavored umaibo
We love the fun Christmas wrapper
In case you aren’t familiar, umaibo are puffed corn tubes and come in many fun flavors!
Bubblish Ramune Candy
These tasty candies fizz and bubble in your mouth. Tastes a bit like Sprite and was a HUGE hit with the kids. These came in all three November boxes!
This caprese salad flavored popcorn was crazy sounding and had a crazy good flavor!
We love the fun flavors of popcorn that Mike creates – this was included in both the Original and Family packs this month. Also, Swify-bomb!
Puchi Potato Chips
These mini potato chips were so delicious! They were green which made us think they’d be wasabi flavored but in all actuality they were pea and spicy mayo flavored (tastes much better than it sounds guys, promise).
These were included in the Original and Family packs for this month
This orange flavored gum came in fun and colorful wrappers with recognizable characters. These were included in all three boxes for November
So in summary
We look for three things in a subscription box; quality, curation, and presentation. The Freedom Japanese Market Box is a great way to satisfy all your snack cravings especially if you are a lover of fun and exotic flavors. The presentation is great, everything arrives perfectly and we love how detailed the box insert is. The quality is tip-top! Each snack is an authentic Japanese treat! And curation is phenomenal. We love the mix of savory and sweet (we prefer savory). The mix gives us plenty of options for both ourselves and our kids! It’s a great box!
