Here’s the Box Breakdown

Our first glimpse inside the boxes that we received from Succulent Studios. They sent us a variety over to show you guys what they had to offer!

Everything that we received in our boxes from Succulent Studios. We are so in love with this subscription! Such a great way to add green to your life!

So what is all this stuff?

Zebra Planthaworthiopsis fasciata

We are excited to have one of these little guys… we have one a lot like it already but ours is a few years old and about 7 inches tall! We didn’t receive an insert in our Succulent Studios Box because in┬álieu of extra paper – Succulent Studios puts that month’s plants and care instructions on their website.

Pig’s Ear

This waxy leaf plant has edges rimmed in red. Great as a centerpiece – but be careful this pretty plant has small thorns at the tip of each leaf! Because we didn’t receive a specific month’s box we’re kind of looking each succulent up as we go… so if we got the name wrong… forgive us!

Burro’s Tail

We think this is some sort of Burro’s Tail plant which is a part of the “Stonecrop” group. They’re called Stonecrop for their hardiness and that the only things that need less care are… stones! This is probably our favorite plant that we received with it’s modern shaped shoots and long stalks!

Coppertone Stonecrop

This funky little plant has oblong shoots and comes in a variety of gold and yellow colors. It is easy to keep and maintain and LOVES lots of sunlight! It will also eventually bloom small star shaped white flowers! We can’t wait to see that!

So in summary

We look for three things in a subscription box; quality, curation and presentation. The Succulent Studios Box is a wonderful way to keep growing your indoor garden while still keeping it fresh (and manageable). We feel like you learn a lot with each box you receive – and we can totally appreciate that. The presentation is great, everything is packaged extremely well and arrives great. Quality is phenomenal. We love that the plants are organically grown and that Succulent Studios is the source! Curation is awesome. They keep it fun and it looks like they really give you a diverse selection of plants from month to month! We can’t wait to keep you guys posted as these plants grow!
