Subscription Box Review
Our first glimpse inside the Walt Life Box for May. This is an age 5-9 neutral themed box. As you can see the inside of the box gives you the ability to win prizes!
Everything that we received in our Walt Life Box. This assortment is super cute – it’s a little bit feminine but will definitely work as a gift box for our kiddos!
So what is all this stuff?
This box comes with a ton of inserts. The first is a little Wall-E Postcard. We love Wall-E but aren’t sure who we’ll send this to yet!
There is even a little stencil of him looking sad on the back! Aww! This postcard is actually vintage – from 2006!
This insert explains new boxes that Walt Life offers (ie: the Kingdom and Snack Box) and also there’s a Beauty and the Beast Bookmark. We love Beauty and the Beast and would love to see a Beauty and the Beast themed Walt Life Box for ourselves!
Next we have our color in puzzle. This month it’s Lion King.. in the first package we received from Walt Life we think it was an Up puzzle. Either way super cute way to keep the kids occupied.
This first item is a pin of Donald and Goofy standing at the Partners Statue. The statue is 2 dimensional giving this pin a lot of interest. We love that we received 2 of the more beloved as well as classic Disney characters!
This is the perfect gift for any collector in your life!
Not sure what all the information on the back means but we thought the pin backing was pretty darn adorable!
Like a Tsum Tsum but dare we say cuter? This little toy sold in Disney Stores in Japan is adorable and it smells like apple blossoms. They kept with the Donald theme which we like as this is a neutral themed box!
Despite them being a new item available from Disney they are not currently listed on the Disney Online Store which makes us really curious because we kind of want to start collecting these!
We just can’t get over how cute this little guy is.
We aren’t sure if they all smell like apple blossoms or if each one has a different scent… curiouser and curiouser!
We aren’t sure of an exact price for these cards because they are usually sold in lots but these are definitely vintage – circa 1995 or 1996! This is a factory sealed package and includes 8 cards and 1 pop out card! These are created by Skybox.
Next up we have Jelly Belly Jelly Beans in Mickey Mouse colors. Thankfully they spared us the black licorice flavor… not today Satan! These were yummy and included sour cherry and sour lemon amongst a few others which are two of our favorites. We shared these with our husband!
This hair accessory set by Our Universe is a great way to keep your tresses in check. We’re sure our daughters will put this to good use. This comes with 5 hair ties and 1 headband. The color scheme is an appealing pink and blue with a bit of the galaxy weave that has been so popular lately!
The final item in this month’s Walt Life Disney Subscription Box is this super adorable Lilo & Stick Notebook. This has a brightly colored yellow wiring as well as band to hold our notebook shut.
The front cover is transluscent and underneath there a fun tropical print.
Each page is ruled with a fun Stitch Motif that says, “Chillin”. Our kids are sure to love this!
This does have a Disney Store price tag on it as well.
So in summary
Presentation: Everything arrived to us perfectly and was packaged so adorably in our Walt Life Subscription Box. We love that they include the games on the inside of the box, our kids thought it was so cool that they could win prizes and collect tokens.
Quality: We are impressed with each of the items that we received. Most of which are from the Disney Store and even some that are vintage (you guys know that always moves our soul).
Curation: We feel like the Ufufuy and the notebook kept this subscription box pretty neutral and we thought each of the items would be a great gift for one of our children which is what mattered most to us.
Box Economy: For the price of this box ($39) we received about $61 in items which is a pretty fantastic deal!
