My first glimpse inside the WizKids Game Crate for May

subscription box reviews

Everything that came in my crate for May. There are usually three games in the WizKids Game Crate. But this month there are just two – the one is a large full sized board game though!

So what is all this stuff?

The first game in my package for this month is called Last Second Quest. This is a tabletop game where you and your game mates are adventurers. The game board is meant to be your back pack that you fill each round with items. But be careful… some items in this game are forbidden. This sounds like a lot of fun and is great for ages 14+

The other game that is included in my box for the month is called Bumuntu. I have to admit that I haven’t been this excited about a game that’s been included in a WizKids Box in a long time as much as I am this one! In this game we take on the role of a tribal leader to befriend animals! This game is great for kids aged 10+ and takes about 30 minutes to play.

So in summary

Presentation: Everything was packaged well and arrived to me perfectly in my box from WizKids

Quality: I think the quality of the games that are included in the boxes we receive each month are great!

Curation: I would recommend this box for people with older children that are little more into role playing games (and also familiar with that as that’s a little bit of a bonus).

Box Economy: The value in this box is awesome – for the $20 we spend we received $61 in items which is awesome!
