Subscription Box Review
My first glimpse inside the BoxyCharm package for August.
Everything that I received in my August “Go All Out” themed box. This is variation, C2108015-BA
So what is all this stuff?
My box insert.
The reverse lists each of the items in my box along with their retail values.
The first item in my box is the Kate Somerville Exfolikate Glow Moisturizer. This is a cult favorite and a great inclusion in a beauty box but for me it’s a no. This includes Hyaluronic Acid which I can’t use.
Then there’s an item I can use! The Purlisse Ageless Glow Serum BB Cream with SPF 40. I really liked the other BB Cream that I received in a previous Boxy so I am excited to give this one a shot.
Another item in my box that includes Hyaluronic Acid is this Clean Skin Club Pineapple Glow Mist. It’s sad too because this packaging is so cute!
Second to last in my package is this Clara’s New York Stimulating Retinol Facial Serum. This is something I am excited to have received and am really excited to get to use. And this is a new to me brand!
The final item in my box for this month is this Rockins Cosmetics All Night Bender Mascara. I received some items from this brand in the past jury is out on this product.
So in summary
Presentation: Everything was packaged well and arrived to me perfectly in my box from BoxyCharm
Quality: Boxy does a really great job of delivering high quality items in each box
Curation: There are a few items in this box that I can’t use but that’s the risk you take with subscription boxes. All in all this was a good box.
This month’s BoxyCharm package was a nice assortment – a couple items I won’t be able to use but that’s ok.
