So what is all this stuff?
My box inserts. These list each of the items included in my boxes along with their retail value as well as the box variation.
Okay, now on to the good stuff!
The first item in my box is the Skin Inc Serum Glow Filter. This serum blends beauty and technology in one bottle.
This looks so cool and while I haven’t worked with it a ton it’s supposed to give you a selfie filter in real life which sounds pretty amazing!
Next up in my box is the Illamasqua Hydra Setting Spray. I like their products and I like receiving setting sprays so this is a win in my book.
Then there’s a new to me brand Glow on 5th Refresh + Reset Brightening Mud Mask. I don’t use many mud masks so I passed this on to a friend of mine.
Second to last in my package for the month is a Vitamin C Intensive Face Cream from Kat Burki. This is a high ticket item and I can’t wait to really see what this can do for my skin.
The final item in my box is the Ciate London Dewy Blush. I like Ciate’s products are nice and so I’m really excited to play around with this a bit.
This is a really natural looking product.
And it does give you a really dewy finish!
So in summary
Presentation: Everything was packaged well and arrived to me perfectly in my beauty box from BoxyCharm for May
Quality: I do love the quality of the items that they include in their boxes each month. They find really high quality brands as well as a good mix of brands that I otherwise might not have known about which I really love!
Curation: There wasn’t a palette this month which is kind of a bummer but I did like the mix of makeup and skincare products. That’s what I like in a beauty subscription box.
Box Economy: For the price of this box ($25) I received $244 in products which is a really phenomenal deal!
This month’s assortment from BoxyCharm included a nice mix of both makeup as well as skincare products that I can use in my day to day routine.
